I specialised in system transformations in an enterprise environment.

I was frequently engaged directly by clients to lead internal systems transformation programs. I also worked within larger delivery teams on behalf of, or alongside Publicis, Deloitte, Accenture, Oracle, and Infosys.

Rapha

Engaged by Rapha to Programme Manage the replacement of their eCommerce Platform with SAP Hybris. Project was completed in 13 months delivering to 16 locales in 8 language & 8 currencies.

LK Bennett

Engaged by LK Bennett to improve the stability of their Hybris eCommerce platform. Sales were being lost due to the platform failing to handle large spikes in traffic associated with media coverage. Follow the recommended changes the platform remained stable allowing stock to sellout during following traffic spikes. Online conversion improved from 0.49% to 1.5%

TK Maxx

Engaged by DigitasLBi to oversee the Integration, Architecture (Infrastructure & Solution), Security and Data Migration aspects of a Hybris re-platform program for TJX Europe. The project included a considerable amount for integration into existing TJX systems in Europe and the US. This was to ensure a solid foundation for further expansion of TJX brands into the European market
